Anxiety, depression, rage/anger attacks, trauma, self confidence, identity and self development, HSD, communication issues.

I'm an integrative psychotherapist.

“Thank you for the professional treatment you gave to me and my daughter, it is obvious that thought was put into the process. We enjoyed coming to therapy. You created an inclusive space that allowed us to feel safe and open up. I think your good connection is thanks to your calm and pleasant personality.”

Parenthood

Parenthood is one of the most intense and demanding chapters of life. Feelings of worry and anxiety kick in, even before the baby arrives.

There is a physical and mental imbalance . The high levels of responsibility and amount of obligations can take you to your edge. Having the privilege to make some space to care for your own mental health disappears.

In therapy, I offer the space to process your new identity as a parent, learn about childrens’ behavioral and developmental stages.  I support and offer practical tools to deal with challenges that arise in parenthood. We work on interpersonal relationships within the family, based on the principles of Compassionate Communication. I offer therapeutic tools that will minimize the gap between the parent I am and the parent I want to be for my children.

Nature Girl

 'Empty nest'

The kids are more independent. The post-parental chapter has arrived. One that contains loneliness, sadness and understanding that your meaning in life has taken a sharp turn. A turn which can lead you to personal growth. You get to prioritize your feelings, needs and wishes, after going through such a big change.

In therapy, we addresse this period of emotional turmoil, feelings of separation, lost, and sadness. And beyond that,  looking forward into the future, from a place of awareness and connection to the self. Therapy also offers you to practically build a plan with clearer life goals and intentions. And assisting you to move from feeling of stuckness.

Family Trip

Relocation

It is a big change, to move house/city/county, I carry the responsibility and the consequences, not only for myself, but as a parent, I carry them also for my kids.

Feelings of fear from the unfamiliar, the foreignness, issues in acclimatization to a new community of a foran culture, feeling of ‘home sickness’ - all these challenges multiplied.

The therapeutic work while going through a family ‘Relocation’, is  the emotional support I offer to you as an individual, with a specific way of adaptation to a new place. But also, as a parent, as you are dealing with more than one type of adaptation, you will work on the healing and growth that arise from the ‘relocation’ with your kids as well.
