In my online private practice, I offer psychotherapy sessions for adult clients who are seeking to improve their mental health and achieve their full potential.
Sessions are in English or Hebrew.
I hold a vast experience of nearly 15 years working with families, kids, and teenagers, supporting parents and working with mothers. Clients from different cultures and backgrounds.
My educational experience runs through different countries with multicultural and international richness. I graduated in London, UK in 2017 with a Child Counseling Diploma and a Therapeutic Arts Certificate, while being was a BACP member. I worked at schools as a play and art therapist.
At Naropa University, a buddhist - inspired education, located in Boulder Colorado, I studied in 2019 transpersonal psychotherapy, meditation, 'Art as Therapy', and multiculturalism. I held a 'Registered Psychotherapist' licensure.
In Israel, I lived for a couple of years between 2023-24. While continuing to work online with adult clients, I joined an institute called 'Kivunim Nosafim'. I worked with kids as a Play and Art therapist and a counselor/coach for parents both through 'Maccabi' health care and privately.
I also work at 'Yedei Or' as a mindfulness therapist for people who deal with life threatening diseases.
I Run 'Artfulness' workshops, where people create a piece of art while practicing mindfulness.
In addition, I hold an integrative coaching Cert. which allows me to give practical techniques to break habits and build future goals.
I hold a yoga teacher Cert. and a mindfulness teacher Certificate, which allow me to offer a holistic approach - mind, body and spirit . This approach is highly effective to enhance your mental state and help reduce stress and anxiety.
